Now add some strawberry jam over the cream.Now place one sponge on turn table and pipe some whipped cream at the center.De-mould the sponges and cut the dome from all three using a serrated knife.The recipe of the jam is available on our website. Transfer the cream in a piping bag fitted with round nozzle.Start beating and continue till you get soft peaks.In a mixing bowl, take cold non dairy whipping cream and add vanilla bean paste to it.Bake at 180C (OTG mode: lower rod only) for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the centre.Divide the batter equally in three tins.
